I have had this before and absolutely love it – my pet peeve however, is watching people prepare food with their hair hanging down. Seriously, I can deal with the bare hands all up in the food prep, but for the love of God, pull your hair back into a pony tail!

First Italian role:”never put together zucchini and tomatoes”

Great video as always:)

Thank you both so much for making this wonderful video. I’ve been a vegan for over 20 years and I eat plenty of raw but I never prepare raw food dishes. Maybe your channel will get me started. I have always known there is nothing healthier than a 100% raw food diet.

Hey Chris, You will love this! Spaghetti used to be our favorite dish so at first we did have to warm this at a low temperature to really enjoy it, but soon it becomes delicious just raw! You can even serve it with Ezekial bread or any sprouted grain bread that you like to get closer to that old fashioned pasta dinner without the bloated feeling afterwards:) Our Best To You, Chris

Hi! Our suggestion would be to pat the zucchini very dry after you grate it and try not to go too far in near the seeds where it does get more moist. Hope this helps…the more raw you go, the better this tastes…GOOD LUCK and we love that you didn’t give up and you tried it with cucumber! Thanks for writing in:) Stacey and Susan

Hi D! I LOVED spaghetti too and this really is a GREAT way to transition away from it! Even if you have to begin getting used to this by gently warming it, but not too much, you will soon find yourself loving this ‘spaghetti’ raw even more with no more feelings of sleepiness after this! Your blog is great…keep it up! Stacey and Susan

Kalaniboy September 6, 2010 at 11:33 am

Oh man, I’m soo gonna make this tomorrow! Before going raw, spaghetti was by far my favorite dish. Thanks for this recipe, it’s simple and looks fantastic! :D

simsue23 September 6, 2010 at 11:55 am

So I tried the zucchini pasta salad and it was my very first time having zucchini and it was wet and bland. I grated it with the cheese grater. T’was like a mush but I tried to make pasta with ummm cucumber. I tried your same recipe with cucumber and it turned out greater. I am thinking that I did not like the zucchini because I am not use to eating it.
