I respect people who control their diets & all but vegan seems abit too ridiculous, without getting into a horrible offending debate with somebody taking up the whole page the human body is built to consume meat on some level, vegan seems horrendously boring too & i’ve yet to fully grasp the problem they have with consuming by-products of animals.

Gluten is a protein very bad for the body!! It makes your blood sticky as “glue” avoiding a good circulation and microcirculation, in critical places such as visual and brain system!!! Producing often cerebral attacks!! It is contain in all food that contains flour!! Avoid Gluten for a healthy life!!!

What is confusing to me are the vegans that care about animals but not the environment. They talk the big talk about saving animals but know squat about conservation and sustainability. I’m looking at you Moby, with all your plastic ware, plastic whole foods bag, and pre-packaged processed foods regardless if they’re not made from animals. Why not go all the way?

PeachSchnappsCandy October 10, 2010 at 5:25 am

What is most interesting about the vegan culture to me is all the different reasons people are vegans. Some, because they were raised that way so it doesn’t make sense to change their eating habits, others because they cannot eat animals for humane reasons, and others because they think animal flesh and products are disgusting; not necessarily that they feel bad for killing animals, and still others because they want to follow trends from celebrities.

@ValisFan4
Hahhaa your silly cause i know ALOT of meat eaters who are so sick it’s sad. They have a RANGE of sickness, like too fat, hard to breathe, stokes,heart attacks,weak bones and always tired, to cancers, list goes on and on…
I think your just used to seeing fat and sick people as “normal”.

MrButterworth24 October 10, 2010 at 7:08 am

why is it called vegan sausage? its just vegan food haha

xjih78 October 10, 2010 at 7:16 am

@ValisFan4

emily deshanel is vegan, and she does not look ill. And she is not really thin either, or on the verge of dying.

Looking forward to trying your recipe this weekend. My vegan pancakes include applesauce and banana as a binder and yum-yum factor. I’m a mix-the-berries-in-the-bowl-and-have-a-surprise-bite kinda gal.
Sorry to hear about the x’s last words. Ouch. Flap-jack-slap.
btw, so love ‘gone to sleep’, bravo.

jubylantk October 10, 2010 at 8:51 am

@MrButterworth24 Because they have a little something called a heart? If the only things vegans are missing out on is taste (vegans have protein -_-) then thats a good sacrifice considering the torture animals go through in order to give you “taste.”

jubylantk October 10, 2010 at 9:31 am

@ValisFan4 You’re kidding right? He’s normal stature… Just goes to show how warped peoples minds are by the media on self image.

jubylantk October 10, 2010 at 10:05 am
