This is a real good workout. I use to be barely do 2 sets of the cycle, but now I can do 4 of them. By the end of the workout,if ur not soaked in sweat, u are not doing it right.

instead of counting calories or excersicing till u drop, why not try wat i did. botanical slimming pills. they help me loose 50 pounds in 2 months. u still get to eat wat u want but the only difference is that your portions will be different. wanna know more check my video out.

Great video, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but it’s POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you don’t even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already. All those methods I discovered at w w w. weightlossdatabase.info <- this membership site is simply amazing and has some unique ways.

@crawler697 ill try exercising again 1 more time. before i was exercising(sweat and stuff) 3 days a week but now, im going to do 5 days a week. do you think this will do anything?

@hemsky1996 hmm, that’s odd, your a bit overweight but yet, from what i understand, you maintain a pretty good diet and have tried workouts..or at least this one…I would get checked out to make sure everything is ok. That’s not very common..

@hemsky1996 Yeah, that may be possible. I have family members that had that same problem. You may also want to include a multi vitamin and fish oil in your diet. both of them make your body burn fat faster, and maintain energy. It also could be the workout, some workouts just dont work for people.

@hemsky1996 watch your nutrition. Your not ganna loose weight if you do this then go grab a cheese burger or a big mac or whatever. Not saying that you’re doing that, because i have no clue, but alot of people make that mistake.

@joselin29 After you have done the workout, rest the 2-to-5 minutes and then repeat the workout 1-to-3 times. At least, I understood this way…
